We're a small team of pilots, owners, and software people building the tools we wished existed when we were logging hours, tracking maintenance, splitting expenses, and keeping aircraft records clean across an ownership group.

THE WHY

Everyone on the team has owned, partnered on, or operated an airplane. Every single one of those experiences taught us something that was broken — and fixable.

Logbooks live in shoeboxes. Partnerships settle up on the back of a napkin — or don't. Maintenance records sit in email threads, invoices, photo rolls, and old PDFs no one wants to sort through when it matters.

The day-to-day isn't much better. Logging time across a partnership. Reconciling who paid for what fuel, which hangar months, which annual. Producing something a CPA can actually work with at tax time. The tools we found were either outdated, overpriced, or both. Nothing felt built for how ownership actually works.

Nobody had built the daily operating layer we wanted: a place where the logbook explains itself, maintenance history is legible, and partners can see the same truth without a meeting about the spreadsheet.

So we're building it. The tool we wished existed when we owned, flew, and partnered.
