Split and reconcile costs
Check the shared aircraft calendar and reserve a time slot so partners can see when the airplane is booked. Co-owners also see the same co-owner expense split report: a shared-cost report that allocates what each owner owes from current ownership shares, for review and reporting only. Partners settle outside Wingbase; you square up however you already do. Log fuel, ramp, and other trip expenses in draft for review; they feed your trip records and expense analytics.
