Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wingbase ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wingbase provides a web-based platform for aircraft ownership management, including:

• Flight logging and tracking
• Maintenance record management
• Cost tracking and reporting
• Multi-owner coordination tools
• Document storage and management
• Financing pre-qualification through third-party lenders
• Insurance quotes through third-party providers

Important: Wingbase is not a replacement for official pilot logbooks or regulatory compliance tools. Users remain responsible for maintaining proper records as required by aviation authorities.

$100 Hamburger

$100 Hamburger is a free, account-free mobile destination discovery service by Wingbase. It provides airport recommendations, planning estimates, and live restaurant details supplied by Google Places. Saved destinations and preferences remain on your device unless you submit a private correction report.

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any aviation regulations or safety requirements
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data

5. Payment Terms

Fees

Wingbase is a paid subscription service. Fees are billed per aircraft ("per tail"), not per user. Current published web plans (USD) are:

• Solo — $24/month per tail, or $240/year, for one owner.
• Partnership — $48/month per tail, or $480/year, for 2–6 co-owners.
• Fleet — $96/month per tail, or $960/year. Fleet is sales-led; contact us to subscribe.

Current published prices are listed on the Pricing page. Annual web plans save 17% versus paying monthly. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. iOS App Store subscriptions are billed through Apple at the price displayed in the App Store purchase flow. We may change prices or introduce new plans. Material changes that affect existing paid functionality will be disclosed at least 30 days in advance.

Free Trial

New web subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the web trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. Any App Store introductory offer is shown and governed by Apple in the purchase flow.

Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Web subscriptions renew at the then-current published web rate for the selected plan. App Store renewals and price changes are governed by Apple's subscription terms and the price Apple displays to you. You authorize us (or Apple, for App Store subscriptions) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Billing settings (web) or Apple Subscriptions (iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Stripe prorates web plan changes. App Store plan changes follow Apple's subscription terms.

Non-payment

If a renewal or other fee is not paid when due, we may suspend or terminate access for non-payment of fees, as described in Section 11. Outstanding amounts remain due.

6. Financial Services Disclosure

Wingbase facilitates introductions between users and third-party lenders, insurance providers, and other financial services partners. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Wingbase is not a lender, bank, or insurance provider. We do not originate loans, underwrite insurance policies, or provide any financial products directly.
• Referral fees. Wingbase receives referral fees or commissions from financial services partners when users engage with their products or services through our platform.
• Third-party providers. All financial products, including aircraft financing and insurance, are offered by licensed third-party providers. These providers have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies that govern your relationship with them.
• Independent evaluation. You should independently evaluate all financial products and services before making any decisions. Wingbase does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the terms, rates, or suitability of any financial product offered through our platform.
• No financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, insurance, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wingbase, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and flight data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Aviation Disclaimer

WINGBASE IS NOT A CERTIFIED AVIATION TOOL. Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and safety requirements.

$100 Hamburger Disclaimer

$100 HAMBURGER IS A DESTINATION DISCOVERY AID, NOT A FLIGHT-PLANNING, WEATHER, NAVIGATION, AIRPORT-SUITABILITY, OR GROUND-ACCESS TOOL. DISTANCE, AIRBORNE TIME, FUEL, AND COST VALUES ARE ESTIMATES THAT EXCLUDE WIND, TAXI, CLIMB, MAINTENANCE, RENTAL, FEES, AND OTHER COSTS. YOU MUST VERIFY CURRENT AIRPORT STATUS, RUNWAY AND WEATHER CONDITIONS, GROUND ACCESS, AND OPERATIONAL SUITABILITY IN AN APPROPRIATE FLIGHT-PLANNING SOURCE BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Restaurant details and ground actions are provided by Google and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. ForeFlight and Google services are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. An algorithmic distance band does not mean a restaurant is on-field, walkable, or accessible from aircraft parking. Only a dated Wingbase-reviewed label represents a manual access review, and conditions may still change.

WINGBASE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A LENDER, BANK, OR INSURANCE PROVIDER. Any financial information presented through the Service is for informational purposes only. Users should consult with qualified financial, legal, and insurance professionals before making any financial decisions. Wingbase makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any financial product or service offered by third-party providers through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wingbase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days in advance.
